ÀÇÓÑÊÓƵ is committed to providing the highest quality educational experience to our online students. However, if a current student has a complaint, he/she should first follow the UTEP Complaint process as outlined in the .
If the complaint is unresolved, the student may file a complaint with the designated agency in the state where he/she is receiving instruction or with UTEP’s accrediting agency. UTEP is a member of (National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement) and thus recognizes reciprocity with . Students in may file a complaint with the agency in their state, or with the Texas agency; contact information for both can be found below.
For Students Within Texas or Another SARA State:

For Out-of-State Students Enrolled in UTEP Online Programs or Courses:
Students within SARA states may file a complaint with the SARA portal agency in the home state of the institution or within their home state.
INSTITUTIONAL ACCREDITING AGENCY
ÀÇÓÑÊÓƵ is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) to award baccalaureate, masters, and doctorate degrees. ÀÇÓÑÊÓƵ also offers credentials such as certificates at the baccalaureate and graduate level.
