The data warehouse contains employee and student information extracted from PeopleSoft and Banner which in turn allows end-users to extract data for reporting purposes. A consultation with the database administration team with help determine what the needs are and what data needs to be accessed. This helps keep UTEP's data safe by only providing access to the data truly needed.

Complete the Datamart Access Request Form and have the department head approve it, then fax the form to 915-747-6484. Once access is granted, the user will be provided with the instructions on accessing the data requested.
